Meta informs us of an update code-named Standard Billing.
Standard Billing is a feature that allows new ad accounts and existing ad accounts to add prepaid funds.
It won’t change any current billing settings, but it will allow for more payment options, as Meta itself says.

Standard prepaid billing will be introduced gradually, so existing accounts will not be able to get it right away.
All new advertising accounts (excluding Vietnam) will automatically receive standard billing by the end of JULY. All existing postpaid accounts are expected to have standard billing by August 7, 2023.
