This is the error that pops up when adding another BM on “King”
SOLUTION:
We take a new (or an old) autoreg (autik)
1. Create several FPs (Pages) on it
2. Create 1 Business Manager (BM) on it
3. Moving on to King. We can’t add a BM to the king,
but we can add the king itself to the autoreg.
To do this, go to any already existing BM in King and through the “People” and mail add a new administrator, remembering to give him the FULL ADMINISTRATOR’S RIGHTS

4. On the autoreg “unfold” the link to the invitation from BM King
So we have 1 common BM (Betty) of Autik and King. The next steps are from Autik.
5. Adding all the FPs to the BM
We add to our shared BM (Betty) all the FPs previously created by the autoreg.
Copy the link to each FP and add them all in turn to the “Pages” (Add via Page)
All of the FPs have been moved to the BM.
6. Distribute admin rights for each FP to our king.
So far in the “people” only our avtik.
- Choose King 2. Give Full Access and 3. Click Assign.
There are already two of them 🙂
7. We go back to the king and update our total BM and observe all our FPs in the BM, but work through the king.
Select the first page and click “Show Page” (it will open in the next tab of the browser)
On the page that opens, click on King’s avatar (1) and in “All profiles” (2) Choose the profile of this FP (Super Bonus)
We are now acting on behalf of the FP.
8. Then go back to the tab with BM (in King’s profile).
Do NOT CLOSE the current tab with the FP!
And REMOVE 1 FP from the BM.
We don’t actually delete, we just REMOVE it from the BM.
Do you see an FP? It’s there!
9. Go back to the tab with the FP itself.
Refresh the page and make sure the FP is in place.
10. Using Instagram and this FP, make a new BM.
Professional Panel-> Linked Accounts->Instagram->Connect Account.
We link our FP with Insta and get a BM.
We made friends 🙂
The main thing is not to get confused with the names of the BM.
11. Go back to our King UPDATE! And there’s a new BM.
This is the NEW BM.
12. Repeat this with each FP and get a new BM. You can also do 2 BM with 1 Instagram. 1 FP can be used for 5-6 BE.
13* BONUS. The number of new BMs on the king is limited by the number of FPs. To increase the number of new BMs for the king faster, you can additionally create BPs from several additional autoregs (usually 3-6 BPs at a time) and add autik to our BM (according to the above described scheme). This way you can create new BMs much faster and generate ad kubs for launches.
